The Illinois Tollway is seeking a vendor to provide landscaping services for the Central Administration location. The services include spring lawn care, early fall lawn care, and late fall services, as well as the delivery of brown wood landscape mulch and bio-fiber peat moss. The contract will be for a period of four years, and the vendor will be required to attend a mandatory site visit. The vendor must also provide proof of a licensed applicator/operator and comply with all requirements set forth in the contract. • The vendor will be responsible for removing weeds, leaves, and litter from the Tollway grounds and applying fertilization and weed control. • The vendor will be required to deliver 50 cubic yards of brown wood landscape mulch and 15 cubic yards of bio-fiber peat moss each year. • The vendor must comply with all standards and requirements set forth in the contract, including the use of phosphorus-free fertilizer. • The vendor will be compensated based on the unit prices entered in BidBuy, and the prices must remain firm for the term of the contract.
