RFP 2026-084 EMS Billing & Collection Services

The County of Roanoke is seeking a vendor to provide billing and collection services for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provided by the county. The successful bidder will be responsible for handling the billing and collection of payments for EMS services. The scope of work includes, but may not be limited to, processing claims, following up on unpaid claims, and providing reports to the county. • The vendor must have experience in providing billing and collection services for EMS or similar services. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed plan for handling the billing and collection process. • The vendor must be able to provide references from previous clients. • The vendor must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the county's requirements and provide quality services.
