Plastic Bag Production Equipment, Parts, and Repairs

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking a vendor to provide plastic bag production equipment, parts, and repairs for the Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises, Chillicothe Correctional Center, Clothing Factory. The vendor must provide new plastic bag production equipment, parts, and repairs, and must have a minimum of one year experience in providing plastic bag production equipment and repairing plastic bag production equipment. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must deliver and install the equipment at the factory location, and must provide a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. The vendor must also provide equipment service requests and maintenance services. • The equipment must be able to produce plastic bags with thicknesses of 0.7 mil to 3.0 mil and widths of 7 inches to 50 inches. • The equipment must be able to produce plastic bags in coreless perforated tear off rolls. • The vendor must provide two detailed equipment manuals and drawings for all purchased plastic bag production equipment. • The vendor must coordinate with the state agency for minimal disruption to normal business. • The vendor must provide daily, a detailed list of all tools, parts, supplies, and/or equipment to the state agency's designated personnel prior to the contractor leaving the institution each day.
