Carpet Cleaning BPA

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide carpet cleaning services at Nellis AFB, NV. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to clean all kinds of carpets in single storied and/or multistoried buildings. The contractor shall perform steam cleaning to the industry standard as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor shall clean the desired carpeted areas determined by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Some key points about this opportunity include: • The contract is a pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for non-personal services. • The contractor shall ensure the cleaning process will not jeopardize the serviceability, degrade the inflammability, or mark the appearance of the carpet using safe solutions and compounds. • The contractor is not required to move furniture but shall clean all accessible areas. • The Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under this BPA by an authorized caller. • Individual Call Orders placed under this BPA shall not exceed $25,000.00 per call, and the total aggregate value of this agreement shall not exceed $250,000.00 and/or a term of 5 years, whichever occurs first.
