The State of South Carolina seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a mobile welding training laboratory and accompanying life‑skills curriculum for individuals under probation, parole, and pardon supervision. The contractor must design, furnish, and operate a fully equipped, transportable welding lab capable of serving up to 20 participants per cycle, provide all instructional staff and materials, and offer post‑training job‑placement assistance for at least six months.
