Description
Paulding County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to prepare the 2027‑2032 Five‑Year Update of its Comprehensive Plan for the unincorporated portion of the county. The effort includes a full assessment of the existing plan, updates to community goals, broadband and transportation elements, a new Future Land Use Map, three to four special‑area studies, and a Community Work Program, with optional Capital Improvement Element. The consultant must manage project logistics, facilitate steering‑committee and public‑engagement meetings, maintain an interactive website, and deliver both printed and electronic final reports, GIS shapefiles, and editable source files. The schedule runs from project kickoff in January 2027 to adoption of the final plan by September 2027.
