REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority (NACA) is seeking qualified firms to review and improve existing contracts with its member cities. The scope includes a comprehensive analysis of current contracts, synthesis of city comments, recommendations for contract revisions, clarification of language, and assistance drafting updated agreements. Submissions must include a hard copy and a digital copy of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) with detailed firm history, relevant project experience, key personnel résumés, sub‑consultant information, office locations, and references. The deadline for SOQs is 2 PM on June 12, 2026. • Conduct a full review of all existing inter‑city contracts and compile feedback from member cities. • Produce actionable recommendations for contract modifications, clarifications, and new contract drafts. • Provide a qualified team (including key staff and any sub‑consultants) with documented experience in contract evaluation and drafting within the last five years. • Deliver both hard‑copy and electronic SOQs in a sealed envelope marked “Statement of Qualifications: NACA Contract Review.” • All questions to be directed to the Facility Manager, Mike Neil.
