Operational Support Contracted Services (Opening #5)

Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking qualified vendors to provide operational support contracted services. The services include, but are not limited to, access control, air conditioning and heating maintenance, commercial ceiling tile services, commercial door maintenance, and more. Vendors must submit proposals that demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the contract award. The contract will be for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • The services will be provided at various ESC Region 13 campus locations, including Austin, La Grange, Marble Falls, and San Marcos. • Vendors must provide proof of licenses and certifications, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations. • Vendors must also provide a company overview, service description, experience, and key personnel information. • The contract award will be based on the vendor's ability to meet the requirements of the contract award, and the vendor's experience and qualifications.
