Description
The Homer Community Schools are seeking qualified contractors to renovate the athletic field concessions stand, including upgrades to the men’s and women’s restrooms, a new ticket‑receiving area, and entrance improvements. The project will involve multiple trade categories such as concrete, masonry, general trades, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Bids must be sealed, include a 5 % bid security, and be submitted by the deadline. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting will be held onsite.
• Scope: Full renovation of concessions stand, restroom upgrades, ticket booth and entrance redesign.
• Required trades: Concrete, masonry, general construction, painting/sealed concrete, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
