Athletic Complex Concession Services

The City of Lubbock is seeking a qualified vendor to operate concession stands at two municipal athletic complexes (Tom Martin Youth Sports Complex and Berl Huffman Athletic Complex). The contractor will staff, manage, and supply food‑beverage services across five concession locations, maintain POS systems, handle cash and reporting, and comply with health, safety, and city‑specific operational standards.
