Description
Argonne National Laboratory is issuing two blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for rapid‑response, site‑wide general construction services across its Lemont, Illinois facilities and any other ANL‑directed sites within Will and DuPage counties. The BPA will be used to issue firm‑fixed‑price task orders for a variety of construction‑related work, including modifications, repairs, new construction, alterations, and installations across architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines. Contractors must provide labor, materials, equipment, and comply with Davis‑Bacon wage rates, Buy‑American requirements, and supply required performance and payment bonds. No guaranteed minimum spend is provided, but the anticipated annual volume per BPA is $500 k–$4 M.
