FY2026 USPS OIG Broad Agency Announcement

The USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG) is issuing a FY2026 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to pre‑qualify contractors for specialized investigative and training services. The solicitation is open to any responsible source and is not subject to the FAR. Current open positions under the Office of Investigations include: • Workers Compensation Surveillance Specialist – full‑time, up to 2,080 hrs/yr, $46/hr (travel $25/hr), max contract value $528,400, multiple field‑office duty locations, requires Secret/Postal Sensitive clearance. • Mail Theft / Mail Flow Training Specialist – part‑time, up to 1,040 hrs/yr, $50/hr (travel $25/hr), max contract value $150,000, can be performed off‑site or at OIG headquarters, requires suitability determination. All proposals must be received by 12:00 ET on 30 Sep 2026, and contracts may be awarded on a rolling basis for periods of 1–5 years. The OIG will reimburse direct travel expenses (pre‑authorized) and pays $25/hr for travel time; no G&A costs are reimbursable.
