Management of Lincoln Regional Park Concession Stands

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to provide management and operations of Lincoln Regional Park Concession Stands. The successful contractor will provide staff and snack bar/concession services for the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department. The contract aims to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the public, generate revenue for the City, and offer affordable and competitively priced products. Key responsibilities include managing concession stands, providing a proposed menu and pricing list, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and submitting financial statements and payments to the City. • Provide adequate staff and manage all operations for a soft drink and food snack bar/concession operation • Submit a proposed concession menu and pricing list • Provide policing and cleaning of snack bar/concession areas and removal of all trash • Remit all required financial statements and payment to the City on a quarterly basis • Keep books and account of snack bar/concession business operation in a method and form as approved by the City
