Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified general contractor to replace the existing pickleball facilities at E.E. Robinson Park. The scope includes demolition of existing courts, removal of existing sports surfacing down to sub‑grade, installation of new concrete pathways, placement of new pickleball court surfacing (APT Laykold or AT Sports), erection of six lighted courts with Musco V1 lighting poles, replacement of a practice backboard, removal of crepe‑myrtle trees, and installation of chain‑link fencing with windscreen and top protection as specified. The contractor must hold a valid Georgia general‑contractor license, provide builders‑risk insurance, and furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds.
