Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified general contractor to demolish and replace six existing pickleball courts at E.E. Robinson Park. Work includes removal of existing concrete pathways and sports surfacing, installation of new concrete walkways, placement of new pickleball court surfacing (APT Laykold or AT Sports), erection of six lighted courts with Musco V1 lighting poles, removal of adjacent crepe‑myrtle trees, replacement of a practice backboard, and construction of chain‑link fencing with specified mesh and windscreen. The contractor must hold a valid Georgia general‑contractor license, provide builders‑risk insurance, and furnish 5 % bid bond plus 100 % performance and payment bonds. Bids must be submitted in sealed physical copies by the stated deadline, and a pre‑bid conference is scheduled virtually.
