SOQ#26-018 Provide Third-Party Claims Administration Services for Liability, Worker's Compensation, SELA/Property, and Other Assigned Claims for the Jefferson Parish, Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District 1 & 2 (Parishwide)

The Jefferson Parish Government is soliciting qualified firms to serve as a Third‑Party Claims Administrator (TPA) on an annual flat‑fee basis for liability, workers’ compensation, SELA/property and other assigned claims across the Parish and both Hospital Service Districts. The TPA will manage the entire claims program, provide a comprehensive claims management system, staff a dedicated on‑site office, and handle reporting, subrogation, and financial reconciliation while the Parish retains legal counsel. • Minimum 10 years experience in adjusting a broad range of liability and workers’ compensation claims. • Must maintain a staffed office within Jefferson Parish’s Risk Management department with dedicated adjusters for general liability, workers’ compensation, and medical billing. • Required deliverables include daily trust‑fund access, 1099 issuance, regulatory reporting, and adherence to the Parish’s quality‑control and audit requirements.
