Santa Fe County’s Public Works Department is seeking a qualified landscape architectural firm to design Phase III of Romero Park. The scope covers full‑service design of synthetic‑turf multi‑purpose and baseball/softball fields, associated grading, drainage, base preparation, fencing, lighting infrastructure, ADA‑compliant parking, signage, concrete walking trails, irrigation, and site landscaping. The contractor will also prepare construction‑ready documents, cost estimates at design milestones, assist with permitting, and may provide optional construction‑administration services if funded. Deliverables include AutoCAD 2021+ files, PDF plan sets, specifications, and a warranty inspection. Preference points are available for New Mexico‑resident businesses, veteran status, and Santa Fe County business certification.
