Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking a qualified contractor to remove abandoned septic systems and design‑install new residential onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) for homes in the Nahata Dzil Chapter across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. The scope includes site assessments, professional engineering design, permitting, excavation, tank and drain‑field installation, and final documentation with homeowner training. The contractor must hold appropriate state licensing, provide performance and payment bonds, and meet insurance requirements, with a target project completion date of December 31 2026.
• Remove and properly dispose of existing septic infrastructure.
• Conduct soil testing, engineering design (PE‑stamped) and obtain all necessary permits.
• Install new OWTS units, drainfields, and related infrastructure per tribal and environmental standards.
• Deliver O&M manuals, final inspection reports, and coordinate with Navajo utility agencies.
