Student Services, Enrichment, Tutorials, and Mentoring

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of student services, enrichment, tutorials, and mentoring. The project term is tentatively set from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals. The district is looking for vendors to provide services that meet the needs of its students. The scope of work includes providing enrichment, tutorials, and mentoring services to students. Vendors must meet the district's liability insurance requirements and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program. • The project term is approximately 12 months, with the possibility of two automatic annual renewals. • Vendors must submit all required information and documentation to be considered for the project. • The district will issue a Notice of Award letter to the selected vendor(s) after the project evaluation process is complete. • The project is subject to the district's procurement policies and procedures.
