Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of select goods and/or services related to Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development. The project aims to provide development opportunities for teachers and staff, and the selected vendor will be required to provide services from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals. The scope of work includes providing development programs and services to support the district's goals. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing development opportunities for teachers and staff • Supporting the district's goals and objectives • Ensuring compliance with Houston ISD policies and procedures • Meeting the requirements of the Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program
