Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for a lease renewal at the International Plaza in Nashville, Tennessee. The lease term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm and 5 years non-firm. The leased space must be available for occupancy by September 30, 2026, and must be located within the boundaries of I-40 to the north, I-24 to the south, Harding Place to the west, and Donelson Pike to the east. The space must have a minimum of 100 parking spaces and 10,593 rentable square feet. The Department is particularly interested in hearing from SDVOSB and VOSB firms, but all small businesses and other interested parties are encouraged to respond. Some key requirements for the project include:
• The ability to offer under NAICS Code 531120
• Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM)
• Experience designing, constructing, and managing Federal leased facilities or healthcare facilities
• Capability to obtain financing for a project of this size
• A summary of at least three projects of similar size and scope completed in the past five years
• Evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status through registration at the VA's Vendor Information Pages (VIP) site
