BIKE CENTER OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking qualified vendors to manage and operate the commuter Bike Center located at the Bonneville Transit Center in Las Vegas. The contract is a not‑to‑exceed, firm‑fixed‑price RFQ covering a base term of one year (Dec 1 2026 – Nov 30 2027) with two optional one‑year extensions. The operator will be responsible for daily center operations, staff scheduling, bike rentals, maintenance, revenue collection (all revenue retained by the operator), customer service, and coordination of any facility modifications.
