The purpose of the Request for Proposals (“RFPs”) is to identify qualified firms (Third-Party Administrators or “TPAs” to provide Self-insured (ASO) medical coverage for Anne Arundel County, (“County”) employees, dependents, and non-Medicare eligible retirees.
