The County of Burlington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive compliance, education, and outreach services aimed at enforcing the state‑mandated tobacco age‑of‑sale laws. The contractor will develop and deliver educational materials, conduct outreach to retailers and the public, perform compliance checks, and produce regular reporting to the County.
