Description
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive intracity transit operations and management services under a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) contract. The scope includes daily bus operations, vehicle maintenance oversight, staff scheduling, fare collection, customer service, performance reporting, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Proposers must submit electronic or sealed paper proposals by the stated deadline and demonstrate ability to manage a public transit system, meet FTA contractual clauses, and satisfy debarment, suspension, and lobbying certifications.
• Provide full‑service transit operations (driver staffing, vehicle dispatch, route planning).
• Oversee maintenance, safety inspections, and asset management of the fleet.
• Manage fare collection systems and revenue accounting.
• Ensure compliance with FTA requirements, reporting, and contract clauses.
