Description
The City of Gentry, AR, is seeking a qualified construction‑management‑at‑risk (CMAR) contractor to design and build Phase 1 of the James Wade Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion and to provide pre‑construction services beginning October 2026, with construction to be completed by January 2029. The scope includes design, surveying, geotechnical coordination, construction support, value‑engineering, and preparation of bid packages, as well as installation of new treatment trains, pumping, screening, peak‑flow basin, biological treatment, filtration, UV disinfection, dewatering, and electrical building. The selection process involves a qualifications submission, optional pre‑bid meeting/tour, and possible interviews.
