Larchmont Golf Course - Master Planning & Building Improvements Project

Missoula County is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Larchmont Golf Course campus and later produce construction‑ready design documents for selected improvements. The effort includes site analysis, phased planning, cost‑benefit analysis, coordination with multiple engineering consultants, public outreach, and eventual construction administration. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a master plan, schematic designs for Phase 1, cost estimates, permitting support, and ongoing construction‑administration services if retained. • Master planning phase covering maintenance building expansion, clubhouse upgrades, and site‑wide improvements. • Production of schematic design packages and detailed cost/benefit analyses to guide capital funding decisions. • Full permit‑submission support, construction‑document preparation, and construction‑administration (submittal review, RFIs, site visits, punch‑list) for the awarded projects. • Required coordination with County staff, public stakeholders, and future general contractors; all work to be completed by June 30 2028.
