Printing Services, Awards/Recognition Items, and Promotional/Spirit Items

Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) is issuing a non‑expiring Request for Proposal (RFP 26‑07) to establish a qualified vendor list for all printing services, awards/recognition items, and promotional/spirit items. The RFP does not specify individual product quantities; instead, vendors who submit a complete response will be placed on the district’s approved vendor list and may be called upon for future purchases across the district. Key requirements include: • Submission of required forms (Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Certificate of Insurance, W‑9, etc.) • Proof of current insurance meeting Texas standards (A‑M Best B+ VI or better) • Background‑check compliance for any personnel who will work on district sites • Adherence to district code of conduct (no tobacco, drugs, weapons, or student contact) • Certification of compliance with Texas DEI prohibitions and Board‑member conflict rules • Ability to provide competitive pricing, quality products, and references • Acceptance that the contract may be awarded to multiple vendors and is subject to annual funding availability.
