The Department of Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System is seeking a certified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide a Primary Care Analytic Team (PCAT) Data Steward. The contractor will develop, assess, and continuously improve data‑management models, governance, and training for the PCAT’s multi‑source data environment, supporting evidence‑based primary‑care initiatives. Work is performed under a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base year (10/15/2026‑10/14/2027) and three one‑year options, requiring at‑least one on‑site day per week in Seattle, WA, with the remainder of duties performed remotely. Deliverables include data‑management model, maturity assessments, action plans, implementation, training, monthly monitoring, and annual reports.
