Lifeguard Services

Clark County is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide lifeguard services for its aquatic facilities. The contract will be awarded based on the straight time hourly labor rate. The services will be provided for both Las Vegas Valley aquatic facilities and rural aquatic facilities. The bidder is required to submit their proposed discount payment terms and provide hourly rates for lifeguards for straight time, overtime, holiday time, and less than 2 weeks' notice of schedule. • The bidder must attend a pre-bid conference on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM (PT) via WebEx meeting. • The bidder must submit their bid by January 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM (PT). • The bidder must provide their sales representative contact information, including name, phone number, email, and fax number. • The bidder must submit their proposed discount payment terms for this bid.
