Lowndes County, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide bottled water service to a wide array of county facilities. The contract is a one‑year term beginning January 1 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The vendor must supply, install, and maintain water dispensers (cold and room temperature) and deliver 5‑gallon purified water containers on a bi‑weekly schedule (or more frequently as needed). The scope includes monthly rental fees, set‑up/deposit fees, water container costs, delivery fees, bottle deposits, and any ancillary fees (fuel surcharge, sanitizing, administration). Vendors must demonstrate prior service to similar‑sized clients, provide licensing, and be E‑Verify compliant. The award will be based 80 % on lowest total price and 20 % on service record.
