The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is issuing a Request for Offers to secure one or more long‑term technology partners that will provide comprehensive Managed Services for its College and Career Advising digital portfolio. The scope covers ongoing operation, maintenance, enhancement, modernization, and cloud‑based support of a wide array of applications (ApplyTexas, My Texas Future, ADVi, Direct Admissions, Salesforce, Azure‑hosted services, integrations, APIs, databases, reporting platforms, etc.). Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of enterprise‑level managed‑services experience, agile delivery capability, DevSecOps expertise, and the ability to act as a strategic partner under an outcome‑based model. The base contract runs until August 31 2027 with up to four one‑year renewals and possible 12‑month extensions.
