Maintenance, Transportation, and Security General Services

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for maintenance, transportation, and security general services. The district intends to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the district's needs. Proposals should include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work. The contract will be awarded in the best interest of the district, considering factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. Some of the key areas of service include HVAC supplies/equipment, general maintenance/supplies, electrical supplies/equipment, plumbing supplies/equipment, grounds supplies/equipment, custodial supplies/equipment, locks and keys, equipment rental/supplies, security supplies/equipment, transportation supplies/equipment, food service supplies/equipment, vehicles, flooring supplies/equipment, and painting supplies/equipment.
