Description
The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a vendor to serve as the official journal publisher for the Board’s legal notices, meeting minutes, resolutions and budget notices for the 2024‑2025 school year. Bidders must provide detailed pricing for full‑page legal notices and per‑line copy, disclose current circulation numbers, publishing frequency, and any additional services or support they can offer. The contract will run from July 1 2024 through June 30 2025 and is awarded to the vendor offering the best combination of circulation, frequency, price, and service quality.
• Publish the official journal for the Board, including all statutory notices and board proceedings.
• Submit sealed quotes by 10:30 a.m. CST on May 21, 2024; quotes must include per‑page and per‑line pricing, circulation data, and publishing schedule.
• The Board will evaluate proposals on price, circulation reach, publication frequency, and level of support, reserving the right to reject any or all bids.
