Samford University is seeking a comprehensive campus‑card solution to replace its legacy CBORD Odyssey system. The scope covers software licensing, mobile‑first credential issuance, dining and meal‑plan functionality, integration with dozens of existing campus systems (access control, POS, mobile ordering, printing, library, etc.), hardware for cafeteria stations and card production, implementation services, and ongoing support. • Mandatory cafeteria workflow: station‑based validation with deduct‑first / log‑subsequent logic and specific tender priority (Caf‑Pass → Caf‑Pass Rollover). • Required deliverables include software platform, mobile/physical cards, APIs, reporting tools, hardware (tablets, scanners, printers), data migration, training, and multi‑year support. • Integration must cover Genetec access control, Simphony/Micros POS, Grubhub mobile ordering, and numerous ancillary systems, with clear indication of out‑of‑the‑box, partner‑based, custom, or unsupported status.
