Printing, Binding and Mailing of Nevada Magazine

The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide printing, binding, and mailing services for the Nevada Magazine & Visitor Guide. The contract will include the production of approximately 130,000 copies of the magazine per issue, with a trim size of 8" x 10.5" and 112 pages + 4 page cover. The vendor must provide a unit price that includes all costs associated with producing the magazine, including paper, presswork, ink, and binding. The vendor will also be responsible for shipping the magazines to various locations. The contract is expected to be completed by February 13, 2026, for the Spring/Summer 2026 issue of Nevada Magazine & Visitor Guide. • The vendor must be a responsible, original source printer, and not a print broker. • The vendor must provide a sample of different magazines they are currently producing, labeled with weight, brand, and name of the press it was printed on. • The vendor must provide a digital online proof that is color accurate and will be used on press to match color. • The vendor must have the ability to configure given files to direct-to-plate format for printing at no additional cost to the State of Nevada. • The vendor must guarantee service, even in the event of mechanical failure.
