The firm will also attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, and furnish meeting minutes and sketches as required. • The A/E firm must have experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials. • The firm must have the capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. • The firm must have past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules. • The firm must have a reputation and standing with respect to professional performance, general management, and cooperativeness. • The firm must have specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project and their record of working together as a team.
