Reno-Stead Airport (RTS) Federal Contract Tower (FCT) Planning Study

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking qualified professional firms or teams to provide consultant services for the development of a Federal Contract Tower (FCT) Planning Study for the Reno-Stead Airport (RTS). The study will include a Siting Analysis, Conceptual Design for the Preferred Site, and Environmental Review. The RTAA reserves the right to not award an agreement for any work and to negotiate additional services and/or extend the duration of the agreement with the selected respondent. Key aspects of the project include: • Siting Analysis • Conceptual Design for the Preferred Site • Environmental Review • Benefit-Cost (B/C) Analysis • Funding through the FAA Contract Tower Competitive Grant Program The successful respondent will be expected to have representation at the RTAA Committee Meeting and RTAA Board of Trustees Meeting.
