REQUEST FOR INFORMATION -Notice of Unsolicited Proposal - Hermitage Station

The Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee (WeGo) has received an unsolicited proposal from LOG Multifamily, LLC to develop a mixed-income multifamily housing project at 4125 Andrew Jackson Parkway in Hermitage, adjacent to the Hermitage WeGo Star Station Park-and-Ride lot. The proposal includes a request for a long-term easement on two parcels of RTA-owned property to accommodate access, egress, and surface parking for the development. The proposed development would not interfere with ongoing RTA operations at the site. Key aspects of the proposal include: • LOG Multifamily, LLC would cover all costs associated with Metro Nashville's rezoning process for RTA's 1.03 acres alongside 4125 Andrew Jackson Parkway. • The company would enter into a shared parking and development agreement to regrade, expand, and improve RTA's 1.03 acres to comply with Metro Nashville's rezoning requirements. • LOG would be entirely responsible for any improvements to the land if the easement is approved.
