REFRIGERANT, RECLAIMING AND/OR DISPOSAL OF, TERM CONTRACT

Palm Beach County is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors capable of providing a term contract for the reclamation and/or disposal of refrigerants (e.g., CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs) from county‑owned equipment. Qualified vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, possess all required state and local licenses, carry appropriate insurance, and be able to handle hazardous material compliance (ANSI, NFPA, EPA). The contract will be awarded to a pre‑qualified vendor who can submit fixed fees per refrigerant type, provide revenue for reclaimed refrigerant, and supply empty cylinders when county cylinders are retrieved. Work includes on‑site service, transportation, documentation (SDS), and compliance with public records and equal‑opportunity requirements.
