Rental Assistance Program Services/MHS 12

The Marion County Health and Human Services (MCHHS) is seeking a vendor to provide rental assistance program services. The selected vendor will act as a fiscal intermediary and enter into contractual agreements with property owners, property managers, utility service providers, and other third-party vendors to provide housing-related and client-support services. The services will include ongoing housing subsidies, one-time housing-related costs, and other forms of client assistance. The key responsibilities of the vendor will include: • Facilitating the disbursement of authorized payments on behalf of eligible individuals • Providing rental assistance, including ongoing housing subsidies and one-time housing-related costs • Managing utility expenses, indigent chemical dependency program claims, and other forms of client assistance • Coordinating with property owners, property managers, and other third-party vendors to provide housing-related services
