The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to provide summer lawn care services at the Buffalo Field Office in Wyoming. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend. The contractor will be responsible for providing lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. The evaluation criteria will include technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must have a valid registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment • The contractor must provide a detailed quote package, including a completed bid schedule and a description of the services to be provided • The contractor must have a plan in place for quality control and assurance • The contractor must be able to provide qualified personnel, equipment, and supervision to perform the services.
