Custodial Maintenance Services

The City of El Mirage is seeking a qualified contractor to provide custodial maintenance services for its facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform custodial maintenance services. The contract period will be for an initial term of three years with the option for two one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed 30-day implementation plan and a comprehensive written work plan. The City of El Mirage reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any immaterial defects or informalities. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing custodial services for City facilities, including City Hall, the Senior Center, Parks and Recreation Facility, Police Department, Fire Department, and Public Works Facility • Ensuring all work is performed in strict accordance with the conditions, provisions, standards, and specifications described in the contract • Providing qualified on-site supervision for each work shift to ensure satisfactory and competent performance of all services required under the contract • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules, including OSHA guidelines • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including proper disposal of waste materials and debris
