Description
The VA is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to replace approximately 1,200 sq ft of flooring in the B4 N and F Administration building at its Amarillo, TX health‑care campus. The work includes removal of existing LVT and cove base, moisture testing, installation of new luxury vinyl tile (7‑3/4 in × 52 in gray‑oak planks, total thickness 28‑40 mil), placement of transition strips, and installation of ~500 ft of rubber cove base, all while maintaining a Level 4 ICRA negative‑air containment for the 45‑day performance period. The VA will remove and reinstall furniture, provide temporary power and water, and the contractor must supply its own dumpster and handle waste disposal. After‑hours work is permitted with COR coordination; no bid or performance bonds are required.
