South Lions Park Dunbar Field Improvements Design Services

The City of Cheyenne is seeking a design firm to design a new restroom/concessions building, bleacher/viewing area, and backstop fencing at the Dunbar Ball Field in Lions Park. The selected firm will be required to sign a professional services agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance. The project is expected to be completed by May 1, 2026. Key aspects of the project include: • Design of a new restroom/concessions building • Design of a new bleacher/viewing area • Design of backstop fencing • Compliance with the City of Cheyenne's policy for the procurement of professional architectural and engineering services • Submission of a technical letter of proposal and a price proposal • Participation in a two-step selection process, including a review of written technical letters of proposal and oral interviews
