PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE ROCKWELL BUILDING SHERIDAN, WYOMING

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, General Services Division, is seeking a proposal for Property Management Services at the Rockwell Building in Sheridan, Wyoming. The successful proposer will provide custodial services, general housekeeping services, building and grounds inspections, building and grounds security, seasonal grounds service, snow and ice control, and miscellaneous duties. The proposer will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed log of all maintenance activities and providing a staffing plan that meets the requirements set forth in the RFP. • The proposal should include a company summary, resumes for personnel working on the project, and a description of the proposer's approach to meeting the mandatory requirements and specifications. • The proposer should also provide a comprehensive and practical plan for project management and control mechanisms. • The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technical defect in the proposals. • The successful proposer will be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General.
