The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide comprehensive engineering services for the rehabilitation of process control pipelines at the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope includes condition assessments, life‑cycle cost analyses, design, permitting, construction administration, inspection, and integration with the City’s asset‑management system.
