The Salt River Pima‑Maricopa Indian Community is seeking qualified providers to operate and manage sober‑living homes that offer culturally responsive, substance‑free housing for Native American adults transitioning from higher levels of care. The contractor must supply safe, 24‑hour accessible housing, coordinate with the Community’s Journey to Recovery (JTR) clinical teams, support medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), and adhere to tribal, state, and federal regulations. The contract is for three years and will be awarded in June 2026. • Provide 8‑bed sober‑living facilities (male and female) with rapid bed turnover (24 hr fill). • Ensure cultural competence for Native American clients and support MAT (no discrimination). • Maintain licensing (Arizona Dept. of Health Services), insurance, and HIPAA/BAA compliance; submit monthly invoices with detailed occupancy data.
