Transit Worker's Compensation Insurance

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish Worker’s Compensation Insurance for the employees of City of St. Joseph-Mass Transit Division. The selected vendor will be expected to provide new and current production supplies and equipment, unless otherwise stated in the RFP. The award will be made to the bidder whose bid meets the qualifications of the RFP and is the most favorable bid considering price, qualifications, and responsibility of the bidder. • The RFP process promotes free and open competition. • The City has a DBE Goal of .1% and certified firms are encouraged to bid. • The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Bidders are expected to examine all specifications, instructions, and calculations in the RFP. • Firm fixed prices shall be bid and will include all packing, handling, shipping, and delivery charges. • The City is not responsible, nor obligated to pay for any expenses incurred by the bidder in the submission of a bid.
