Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is issuing a continuous “Call for Solutions” to acquire and onboard commercially‑available uncrewed‑systems payloads, software, components, and accessories onto the Army’s UAS Marketplace. Vendors will submit an Initial Acceptance Packet (IAP) on a rolling basis; successful submissions may lead to demonstrations, verification activities, and ultimately Firm‑Fixed‑Price Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) that enable future order placements. The effort is open‑ended for up to five years and does not guarantee any future orders.
• Eligible solutions include EO/IR cameras, LiDAR, SAR, laser designators, communications relays, cargo delivery modules, flight controllers, power‑management units, ground‑control stations, launch/recovery gear, and related software.
• All offerings must be commercially available at Technology Readiness Level 7 (or have a clear path to TRL 7) and must comply with NDAA Section 848 sourcing restrictions (no prohibited foreign components).
• Vendors must provide Government‑Purpose Rights for interface data/software and commercial‑license rights for maintenance, repair, and training documentation; they must also meet DFARS 252.204‑7019/NIST 800‑171 cybersecurity standards.
